Awakening is the fourth report in Valkyria Chronicles.

Story
This mission takes place between Chapters 7 and 8, after destroying the Batomys and before Welkin and Alicia get separated.
Topography
You are split into two forces, with Welkin and Alicia (and only those two) in the north, and 6 soldiers of your choice at the southern end. A blend of Scouts and Shocktroopers work best, and bring Largo as well to deal with a couple tanks. You start at the bottom of a spiral hill, with Imperials scattered around every side.
Strategy
This mission is really easy, as the enemies aren't even Elites. Also, because this mission comes late, you will likely have Elites of your own already.
Rewards
Along with the normal Ducats and Experience gains, Alicia will gain the ability Mysterious Body, funtioning like the ability Full HP Recovery from some Scouts and Shocktroopers.

This is one of the few missions that possess Engineers, and are deployed in a couple areas on this map.
